Dr. Rich explains the treatment of care and options available. The staff know insurance, inside and out. I just cannot think of one little point that is anything but positive.

My husband and I both had appointments with Dr. ARP and we were very happy with our visit. She explained everything going on with our vision and eye health in terms we could understand. That was important to us. We also felt confident in our actual exam and she obviously cared that we received the best exam possible!
