Doctors clearly explain treatments and options, ensuring patients understand their eye health. The practice prioritizes patient comfort and provides quality care even during difficult circumstances.
The staff is extremely professional which gives my family and I a good old days staff ! Where politeness and professionalism is offered and they all believe in customer service. The art work on the walls are too cute and oh the Optometrist are actually in person and they take their time depending on your needs. I can attest to this 100% because my young adult son has Autism on spectrum end
Dr. Arp-Roller listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She was thorough in explaining my screenings and why she was trying the set of contacts she prescribed. Very pleased!
Where to begin...I know when I drove to the office that a smile came to my face. Why? Because each person there has a skill set that is exemplary and each is so kind! Dr. Rich explains the treatment of care and options available. The staff know insurance, inside and out. I just cannot think of one little point that is anything but positive.
