I purchased 3 laptops from Docs and on the 3rd I have a connectivity issue with ATT. They blamed the laptop as being the issue as their SIM card was working then not. I went back 6 times and still no resolution from ATT.I sent it back to Docs for analysis and he sent photos of my working computer with an ATT card. I showed that to ATT and they stated it was fake. I went to Verizon and BOOM! it worked. So I moved all my phones over. That cost me 4 weeks of BS and 125.00. ATT bites!! I now have my laptop back on the job making money! Thanks Doc's
