They had the paint I needed in stock for a great price. Paint was packaged with care and arrived on time. A tshirt was added to my order in error for $20 and I called to remove that. They did and credited me back $20. Will use them again.

My call to Tools was answered right away by a real person who immediately apologized for the problems and then took the ball and ran with it. The replacement shipment was sent right away.
