We built our home almost 30 years ago and it needed a few improvements and updates. We contacted CH Construction about the possibility of working with us and Brandt's response was very timely. We would like to applaud Brandt on his exemplary communication skills. Whether it was by phone call, email, text, or in person, Brandt always communicated comprehensively throughout the project to ensure we were on the same page. This contractor responded to us promptly with a cost estimate for the scope of the work needed. They executed the work on time and within budget. Excellent work! They repaired our shed that was damaged and it is far better than it ever was before! Good people that won't try to do work you don't need to just up the cost. Very happy with the work and price!
