I am the maintenance supervisor at a apartment complex in Joplin. We wanted to replace all of our security lights on the property so I called 3 companies to come in with bids. C&D came out on time, did a energy cost assessment to let us know how much our current lights were costing us and how much we would save. The bid was very competitive but they came out with the fixtures we were going to get to show us how well they were built and that we weren't getting some cheaply made fixture from China.
