First year trying them (2021) and it will be the last. They messed my return up twice and it had to be amended. Went a whole year with no answers and little to no help or concern. I finally ask for my paperwork for someone else to help me and then they started checking in on it. Multiple times of “we will call you back,” with no calls. I always had to call them. I finally get on the phone with Patrick Roberts himself and he acted like I was bothering him. Horrible experience to say the least.

I'm having trouble with 2017 tax preparation. I received a letter from the irs. Not know what to do I contacted Patrick Roberts for help. They were very reluctant to help they did amend the tax return. I didn't get any information on what I needed to do except wait and see what the next letter said. I received the next letter and was informed my account was now in collections. I called the irs to get information on what I needed to do and was informed their had been no communication to the irs except the amendment to the return
