I rented from Eric for about 8 years. He always responded quickly if there was an issue and was always very helpful. Water heater went out, was replaced that day! AC acted up and he even helped with our motel bill. We had to stay a night till it could get fixed. It was unbearably hot. Fact is, you treat them right and they will treat you right!

Could not be happier with our home but also working with such amazing staff and management. Prompt response if you have questions or needs to be addressed. Eric and Logan are amazing.

Having Bien company managing my rent housesAllows me to look for additional properties along with not having to find quality renters , collect rent ,and work on repairs as they come up If we didn’t have there services we would get out of the rental property Highly recommend there professional service and flexibility
