About Rise Martial Arts
Rise Martial Arts is a family-run studio that provides a supportive and professional environment for students of all ages. The instructors are caring and skilled, helping children and adults alike to gain confidence and feel successful. As an ATA Taekwondo gym, Rise offers a mix of martial arts instruction, emphasizing self-defense and character development. The studio is clean and welcoming, with a focus on personal growth and achievement rather than just earning belts. The atmosphere is champion-like, creating a positive space where students can blossom and thrive. Many students, including kids and adults, feel valued and proud of their progress. The team is very welcoming, and instructors are patient and kind, especially with the littles. They often help each other and celebrate every child's achievements, making everyone feel important. Rise is a place where discipline, respect, and kindness are taught alongside martial arts, and students are encouraged to make great friends while learning valuable life skills. The family ownership makes everyone feel part of the Rise family, and many plan to stay for a long time.
My 6 and 9 yr old have been taking classes here for over a year. The teachers and staff are incredible! Their skills and instruction methods are like nowhere else. And, if that wasn't good enough, when 2 people in your family sign up to attend classes, the 3rd can attend for free! Free workout classes for Mom!
This is such an amazing organization, mostly because of the wonderful family that runs it!! Not only is my son learning strength, agility skills and confidence from this program, but Master Lee is also teaching him integrity and respect for himself and others! The forms, sparring and strength training are just a part of what they're teaching at Rise! How to be a person of character is also a huge part of their lessons as well. We love RISE and are so happy to be a part of their Tae kwon do family!!
We absolutely love everything about Rise Martial Arts! I love that my son is learning self confidence, positive self talk, respect, responsibility, discipline, integrity and leadership. The owners and instructors are knowledgeable and so helpful teaching the kids the skills they need to reach each new stripe and belt level. Their communication with both the kids and parents is wonderful. And they celebrate accomplishments in and outside the martial arts school. I am SO glad I made the decision to sign my son up for classes here! They know every student and parents name and have become a part of our lives and our daily routine. I highly recommend Rise Martial Arts!
