Service has been great. Quick quote - the very next morning after requesting. We received multiple quotes and Mungenast was very competitive - and includes a courtesy car. Great communication from Olivia and the team. Speaking with Jeff about their workmanship gave me confidence that they will do the repair right. If they have to meet standards of Lexus certified pre-owned, I know that they are doing the repair properly. What was really impressive, was how quickly they took care of us.
