They are cheaper then the fix store in the mall and better customer service. Those big stores are rip off and don't know what they are doing. They are next to Zumiez right across Nordstrom. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. All the best. ?

Man did Sam save me today. I accidently dropped my phone and the display didn't work. I went to him and he told me not to worry and that he will fix it in 10 minutes. He wasn't lying when he said he will it in 10 minutes and the screen worked perfectly fine. I saw that they have a wide range of cases as well and also gave me a good deal for the fix pricing. 10/10 would recommend. Sam is the nicest guy in the entire west county mall.

Sam was everything I needed today! We got to the kart just after 10:30 and had to be 2 hours away for a wedding by 2 pm. He was so understanding and told me he would do his best to get it done but that it would probably be 12 or 12:30 before he could get it done (due to diagnostics) but that he would do his best to get it done asap. An hour later he was done and still the happiest guy in the mall! I am so grateful for the service and speed and professionalism mixed with compassion for my phone. He got me a good screen protector on my phone and still tried to get me to buy the insurance ?. This man deserves a pat on the back and a raise for making my whole day!
