Great Clips in DeSoto provides affordable haircuts for men, women, and children, with services including haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. They are open evenings and weekends, and welcome walk-ins or online check-ins to reduce wait times. The business uses ClipNotes to ensure consistent cuts.
Customers have used the Great Clips app for scheduling appointments and experienced quick service. One customer praised Jenna for giving an excellent haircut, following the customer's request to cut 5 inches and add layers.
However, some customers have had varied experiences with different stylists. One customer mentioned receiving a bad haircut from a woman stylist, resulting in a significant amount of hair coming out. This customer also reported receiving a minimal beard trim despite asking for it. Due to inconsistent results, this customer stopped visiting the salon.
I was passing through this town today and stopped in without an appointment because I desperately needed a cut before getting where I was going.
I was seen within 10 minutes, which I appreciated because I was in a hurry. I'm not sure what her name was. Woman in her 20's with blonde hair. Maybe Mckenzie? I'm sorry. It's been a long day.
Regardless, she gave me the best haircut I've had in 9 or 10 years. Feels great, looks great, and she was super nice. I wish she was not so far away.
Just got a fantastic haircut from Lillian! Probably the best haircut i have gotten in a very long time. I don't know very much about hair and she was very helpful! There is almost never a wait at this location. Highly recommend
