First, I appreciate his prompt reply to request for service and the fact he shows up! Next, he does a great job of assessing the situation and clearly describing the scope of work both verbally and in his bid. He is reasonably priced and craftsmanship is excellent and they are tidy. He has excellent communication skills and keeps you in the loop whether telling you it may be noisy for a bit or he needs to run out for more material. Finally, he stands by his work with a warranty. I can highly recommend E.S. Leonard Waterproofing, who we used in January 2025 to fix some foundation cracks which were allowing some water to seep into my mom’s basement. When I initially called to request a bid, Eric immediately returned my call and set up an appointment, for which he showed up on time and was very professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and he offered a very cost-effective solution compared to other bids we received. E.S.Leonard Waterproofing was everything and more than I thought they would be. Basement leak that they fixed with an expandable injection repair, from inside the basement walls. NO digging up my yard. They were prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable with over 30 years of experience. Repair was $450.00 and worth every cent. I highly recommend this company. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
