Better than expected, I'm not a fan of deep tissue messages. I was politely guided, and managed to "breathe" my way through it. I have scheduled more, as this is a process. I would recommend, A+
Phenomenal massage! WOW! Heather did an excellent massage! She definitely is educated in her field, truly. She showed me some things to do at home to help my constant soreness. I would highly recommend her. It was more than I could have hoped for. Go see her, you will not be disappointed! 10+ thumbs up!
Heather gave a great sports massage and I highly recommend her. She tailored it to the muscle groups that needed it most and adjusted her pressure perfectly as needed. I felt so much better and ready for another workout after seeing her.
