“Had Vance and Mandy come out and replace a floor and multiple (almost all) rotted joists. They fixed a leak I had in one of my water lines. Eliminated some old wiring from some baseboard heaters and fixed and rehung my ductwork. They kept everything clean and were so easy to work with. Great job ? ? ? I recommend them highly to anyone needing any kind of home renovations!!!“
