Twin City Monument was very professional, detailed and timely on their services from the first meeting to the finish with installation. They had lots of experience with helping us to design a unique monument to honor our loved one. I highly recommend this company to help you with your next monument.
I am happy for the way Twin City monuments handled this difficult task for me. Stephanie led me and they simplified the ordeal. I even got my stone set fairly soon. I think they care a lot about their customer base.
they are very nice and communicative. I paid them to come out to my mothers cemetery to add her burial date to the existing headstone, and then the same day, I found out my elderly father had already paid another company to do the work, twin city then refunded my money the same day! we have used them for other passed relatives and they are just top notch in every way!
