If you want a good fade, go somewhere else. The chances of getting a decent barber here are 4/10. There is a barber that gave me a solid line across my head and told me my hair is too dark for a fade. I guess if your hair is a lighter color she can hide the bad cut a bit better. If you want to get your haircut in about 8-15 minutes from the time you sit in the barber chair, this is the place. The speed is fast, but you will pay for it with quality.

Miss Tiffany has been doing my sons hair for 7 years she does a fantastic job my son loves her she is sweet listens and is extremely friendly all of the staff at the crystal city location is great she is very helpful and customer service is A+ top tier I have recommended a lot of my friends there and can’t express how well she cuts hair and is so professional

My husband went Sunday to get his hair cut. It was really bad the guy did awful. Call the next morning spoke with Tammy. She had him come back in on Monday. She fixed it. It looks so good. She was quick and very polite. As a manager she is everything she was suppose to do. We're not mad at the first person either everyone has a bad day. Thanks guys . Keep up the great customer service and Tammy is GREAT.
