If I could put 0 stars I would. Charged huge amounts of money quickly within this first few months for little to no progression of the case. After letting Bill go as my attorney during trial due to his horrific representation, which left me in a very vulnerable position, the firm has sent me invoices every month charging interest on a balance “due” on my account on charges I know nothing about. In my opinion Susan and Bill are criminals trying to steal large amounts of money from people offering no real help in the legal realm. Stay away from this law firm. Read the rest of the reviews and you will notice a clear trend.

Susan roach is very money hungry, She took my brother case for 10 grand , We gave her 5 grand for a down payment. She said she would move forward with his case and that he had a really good case. So we started making more payments, we paid her 7,800 just for her to turn around and send us a letter saying she’s not moving forward with his case. She would never call us to go over his case. She did very little work on his case. She is a horrible person and refuses to take our calls and refuse to give us back our legal documents we sent her about his case.

Had no problem charging us exorbitant amounts for almost little to no work. Their administrative assistant dropped the ball (according to them) in regards to contacting us regarding case times and we had to research on casenet most of our meeting times and for updates on our case as they did not. They care very little about you and care very much about your money.
