About Service Center at Spirit Lexus
Service Center at Spirit Lexus provides a mixed experience for its customers. On one hand, some customers have had positive experiences with honest salespeople, such as Mike Roche, who helped them find the right Lexus. On the other hand, some customers have been disappointed with the service, citing issues with cleanliness and attention to detail. Specifically, some pre-owned vehicles were not properly washed and cleaned prior to delivery, and customers had to request additional cleaning. Despite this, the service center has the potential to meet customer expectations with the right salesperson and attention to detail.
Had an unexpected visit... tire blew out on vacation, about 320 miles from home and another 200 to our final destination. Our TX has 22 inch wheels, so NO WHERE had a tire available nearby and was told it would probably be the following Monday (this was Thur eve) so basically, our vaca would've been called off. We were able to get to Spirit Lexus and they got us in IMMEDIATELY so we could get back to our vacation. Hopefully, we don't have to visit them again, but if you're in the area or need your Lexus serviced, do not hesitate to get in here and get some great customer service! Made an unfortunate circumstance, manageable for the family!

VERY impressed with my experience at Spirit Lexus. Mike Roche is an amazing sales advisor. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in, but not pushy at all. He provided me with enough information both on the vehicle and Lexus as a whole to make my decision to purchase much easier than I anticipated.
