Treatment at the front desk from one of the young ladies was not the best.
I got there a little early I was confused about where to park and figure out which door to enter when I saw Facial Luxe! I was a little thrown off when talking to the young lady in front bc both of them started talking to me but it later warmed up. You can Never judge a Book by the Cover you should always give people a chance. She redeemed herself but the customer service was bland at first but the Ambience was Amazing. They need to work on that a bit no matter who steps in be ready to give an amazing VIBE And let that be at a 10+! I trusted the process since I was Gifted the Opportunity. My Massage Therapist was AHhhMAZiNG and She was the One that made the Sale for me....read full review
