Dr. Chris is so knowledgeable!! He is good with advice on how to eat healthier and can recommend beneficial supplements!! i was having headaches and a stiff neck a few months back and had gone to my primary care, they didn't have a clue. Dr Chris was able to get me up and going again without the headaches and neck stifness. i can tell when things are getiing out of alignment and time to go back for a visit or 2!!
