As I was leaving for home from work I jumped on the Great clips app and found a location on my way home that would time up with where I would be. I made an online appointment, walked in and was immediately taken to a chair to get my haircut. I got a great haircut and was out the door in less than 20 minutes

I thought Great Clips kept notes on your style. I guess I was wrong. Went in for a standard trim yesterday. Came home looking like Lord Farquaad from Shrek. Where are the layers I asked for and always get??? Gotta now pay someone else to fix this fiasco before Easter!!
Updating my review. Went from 2 stars to 4. Went back today. Explained the situation with the hair. Got my layers back and am very happy with the result. Thank you, Marie!

I’ve rarely had a bad haircut at any Great Clips, but I’ve found a gem at this location. Janae (sp?) is so great and personable. A simple haircut? Sure, but it can definitely be done wrong. She knows exactly how to cut my hair so I love it right away- not two weeks after when the cut is not brand new. ?Service: Haircut
