I've never had a bad experience at this Great Clips. It's a little farther from where I live, and I've gone here when other great clips have messed up my hair. I'm just going to have to suck it up and start driving out to this one every time. I specifically appreciate the stylist Barb. She is thoughtful, thorough, and skilled. She communicates and asks questions if she isn't sure about something, and she doesn't rush (!!!), even when it's close to closing time. (And they don't close early!) As I was leaving for home from work I jumped on the Great clips app and found a location on my way home that would time up with where I would be. I made an online appointment, walked in and was immediately taken to a chair to get my haircut. I got a great haircut and was out the door in less than 20 minutes

I thought Great Clips kept notes on your style. I guess I was wrong. Went in for a standard trim yesterday. Came home looking like Lord Farquaad from Shrek. Where are the layers I asked for and always get??? Gotta now pay someone else to fix this fiasco before Easter!!
Updating my review. Went from 2 stars to 4. Went back today. Explained the situation with the hair. Got my layers back and am very happy with the result. Thank you, Marie!
