“If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! I came in the first time in January with my sister and niece on a whim to do salt therapy. I was having a very rough seasonal depression winter and I immediately felt calmer and lighter when I left. I came back and did Halotherapy again twice by myself. Brought back my mom and nieces. I tried Red Light & PEMF therapy. Then I tried a couples float with my husband and we loved it!! I ended up joining the spa as a Gold member. My health and well being have turned completely around from where I was in January. I have worked with all 4 massage therapists. I have chronic ankle pain/achilles issues and have had 2 surgeries. I have been having Josephine work predominantly on my feet, ankles and calf on the injured side. She took it upon herself to do research to help me. She has also been doing cryo therapy a couple times a week on the ankle. She is fabulous at feet! Rachel is another massage therapist who is very good at deep tissue. She has helped me with migraine relief by doing lymphatic work and facial work. I would highly recommend her as well. Tonica is another massage therapist who is the most relaxing when u do not need work and just want to relax. Her presence is spiritual. She is calming just by being present and her touch is almost healing. Tara is a new massage therapist at Serenity who had done major head, neck and shoulder work for me. She has 30 years of experience and it shows! She knows the trigger points, uses deep pressure when necessary and helped me do stretching during the work as well. I highly recommend trying EACH therapist. They are all wonderful and each have their own strengths; you don't have to stick with 1. Customer service is excellent and Serenity is extremely clean. I feel comfortable here and supported in my wellness journey by the staff. I highly encourage anyone on the fence about trying their services to take the plunge-literally!!!“

And then, of course, there was the absolute force that is Dr. Sarhaddi. Sparkling eyes, a thousand-watt smile, and dancing laughter led me through my initial consultation. She answered every question, offered information on things I wouldn't even know to ask about, and proactively put me in control of every decision. You will feel so empowered working with her. I felt like I'd known her for years. Due to past trauma with males, I requested a staffing accomodation for my surgery. No questions asked, Dr. Sarhaddi put together an all-female team for me so I would feel safe and comfortable. She was available after-hours the night before surgery to troubleshoot a pharmacy barrier. I was set up for success and supported through the entire process. Dr. Sarhaddi is amazing, and so is her assistant, Emily, and so was the surgical team. I felt so loved and cared for from start to finish. I am extremely happy with the work I had done. Breast augmentation, liposuction, and labiaplasty. Everything healed quickly and perfectly. She barely left a scar and there was minimal pain and bruising. Her technique is flawless. I am 100% happy with my results. Dr. Sarhaddi afforded me a renewed confidence in my body I haven't felt since my early 20s. “This was my 3rd consultation for a Tummy Tuck and although I liked all the surgeons I spoke to, this surgeon, the staff and the entire consultation process was the absolute best!
No one made me feel rushed. Dr. Fredmann took the time to explain not only what happens during the type of tummy tuck he felt was appropriate for me, but also how the process at Amelia works. I am in my mid 50’s with some health issues and he was able to explain all risks specific to my health. Throughout the consultation it seemed as if he could read my mind. He offered so much information that many of my follow up questions that I had to ask in other consultations had already been answered. I have several doctors and medical professionals in my family and I had done a tremendous amount of research before this consultation. The entire experience was better than I could have imagined and I was able to schedule my surgery around my schedule and desired time frame.
My overall experience was excellent and they were so understanding when two hours after I scheduled surgery and my pre-op appointment I had to reschedule my pre-op because I had a trip planned that week and they made it work so I didn’t have to reschedule my surgery! They are truly the best!“

“Cannot begin to sing Dr. Prada's praises enough. After losing a significant amount of weight (100+ pounds), i finally made the decision to go in for a consult for a Tummy tuck, lower body lift, thigh skin removal, and breast augmentation. I was quite nervous, however, the moment Dr. Prada and his nurse Ali came in for my Consult i was immediately at ease. Dr.Prada took his time to go over all options, and answer any questions i had. What i appreciated most, was that you could tell he cared, as if i was a family member or family friend .With never having a surgery of this magnitude He concluded it was best, and safest to split the surgery up to allow my best chance of a successful recovery(extended abdominoplasty, lower body lift and thighplasty for the first surgery and Breast augmentation for the second surgery a few months later).

Before surgery i met with his nurse Ali, who could not have been Kinder. She had a whole folder of information ready (pre op med/prep schedule, what to expect) and i walked out without any doubts that i was in the best of hands. Surgery went well (his surgical team was wonderful).

Any question or concern i had post op, Aly was wonderful and prompt to help! I am a little over 4 weeks out and just blown away with the results. So grateful for Dr. Prada, and really, his whole office for a great first surgery experience. I know the next surgery in a few months will be just as superior.“
