Awesome experience! Front desk was super nice & friendly! I was a walk-in. They made the whole experience easy, with no pressure! Jeffrey was amazing! Did a deep-tissue massage. It was thorough & relaxing! I highly recommend the Cottleville Massage Luxe experience! I'm seriously considering making this a monthly thing! I FEEL GREAT!!!!

Updated...customer service called me. I missed the call but I really appreciate they didn't ignore me.No one answered the phone. I cancelled the appt, received a $120 charge a few minutes later, called back and said I would be there and they said TOO LATE even though I would have been early for the appointment. Great customer service. ? This is my first bad review.

Location was new, very clean, and waiting room relaxing. Had a wonderful 60 minute massage with Thomas. Great pressure and he listened to wanting focus on back/shoulders/neck, and not chatty but conversational. I signed up for a membership, so I’ll be back!
