Tower Loan provides excellent customer service with an amazing and extremely helpful staff. The process is made very easy with great and thorough explanations. The individuals are very nice, easy to get along with, and willing to work with customers to get the needed funding. The managers are highly recommended. This business offers impressive service and is recommended for doing business any time.
At first, when getting loans at this company years back I did not have a pleasant interaction with the manager at the time. I heard there was a new manager at Tower Loan and every since they have been beyond exceptional in their service. Umberto gets the job done, he always answers my questions and cares about his customers. The other staff are also very friendly. I’m looking at a way nicer credit score because of Tower Loan. :)
