Hands down the most friendly staff, the guys on the truck always go above and beyond to get our trash emptied even moving our dumpster to the truck when we forgot. Decent prices, reliable. Very happy with this company.
I can't overstate how happy I am to have T-Mac. The service is outstanding - the guys on my route are the most hardworking people I've ever seen. They work so fast and efficiently, and they really go above and beyond. They make it look easy but they're out there keeping the chaos at bay. And any time I've called the office to ask a question or pay my bill the guy who answers the phone is so helpful and courteous. If you have something big like a mattress to get rid of, they are super accommodating, just make sure you call them a week or two in advance so they can make sure there's room for it. T-Mac is an absolutely stellar company. Very friendly and professional. The waste collectors are always friendly and it's very easy to contact the office. They are prompt to post updates on the website if trash service will be delayed due to weather/holidays, etc. Very reasonable rates as well.
