First time I ever tried them as a veteran went there on veterans Day try to free haircut tip the lady 25 bucks most money I've ever spent on a tip in my life if they don't say something I don't know what it does been there once plan on going back repeatedly

I have depended on Sports Clips for years, followed stylist to many stores here in Columbia. I am disappointed with the environment at this store!!! Unprofessional. Not sure I can continue to come here if this is how they believe a business should be run. Where is the manager?
