Never in my life have I had a hair appointment like this (and I'm quite old). Not only did Ustena make it fun I learned so much about hair. Who knew! She took the time to know me to know my hair and what I liked. Love my cut. Thank you for a wonderful appointment.

Ustena was very kind and certainly knowledgeable about her craft. Hilarious to boot. I knew going in that it was going to be unconventional as others had put it, so I came in prepared. Pictures upon pictures. I have extremely curly hair and it looks wildly different when wet than dry. I had pictures of what I wanted, and what I didn't want, how it shrinks when dry, and so forth. I appreciated her tips and tricks, however, when it came to the actual cut I feel like I did not get what I wanted. I specifically asked for a stacked, inverted bob. This was truly a salon experience unlike any other. If you’re tired of feeling rushed at other salons who just cut and send you on your way or you just haven’t found the right stylist yet, please give her a chance! No other hairstylist has ever taken the time to truly get to know my hair like Ustena. Not only did she take the time to talk to me about my hair and gave me the secrets to having great hair, but she also spent lots of time perfecting the cut! It looks and feels better than it ever has before. She has incredible talent, knowledge, and passion that you won’t find at just any salon. I didn’t know hair appointments could be this great!
