Based on the reviews, Polished & Clean LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in mid-Missouri. Clients have used the company for short-term rentals like Airbnb for almost 2 years. The team is always on top of things and does a great job. The work is always high quality, and guests leave great reviews regarding cleanliness. The company is very easy to communicate with. One client noted that the owner’s expertise in customer service and cleaning is second to none, always detailed and always smiling. After an injury, a client needed help and was very impressed. The cleaners used the right cleaning supplies for the job and walked through to double check their work to make sure everything was cleaned correctly. They were all fairly quick and courteous. A Marine veteran stated that their very high expectations passed with flying colors. The client felt safe with them roaming the home and found them very fair in price for the outstanding service received.
I have used Polished and Clean for our Airbnb for almost 1 year now. This cleaning company is amazing! The work is always high quality, our reviews are always great from guests regarding cleanliness, and they are very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them for any short term rentals, and I will continue to use them as I expand my own!
I used to work with Yelena years ago, and her expertise in customer service and cleaning are second to none. Always detailed and always smiling. I usually clean myself, but do to an untimely injury, I needed help. That's when I decided to use her cleaning service which helped me and it supported her business as well as give an honest review. Needless to say I was very impressed, she made sure that she and her employees where using the right cleaning supplies for the job.
