The receptionist, Shelly is so friendly and accommodating. She makes appointments quickly and is accommodating with timing. She is always cheerful and friendly. The workers are brilliant, friendly, and professional. They are very helpful. We had several electrical problems from a previous electrician that we had used and the lights were going out all over the house. Our outlets stopped working. These men came in and in a short period of time they fixed our lights and outlets for a reasonable price. They had to order parts for us and they were very helpful. Jed and his team are absolutely the best around in Columbia and Mid Mo area! I cannot thank them enough for the work they have done for me. They are quick, affordable, and always provide free estimates. If you are looking for an electrician in this area you need to choose these guys. I’ve shopped around so much and I always come back to Pinnacle!

We had a great experience with Pinnacle Electric Solutions today. All around great service - the person taking the call was friendly and helpful in getting someone out today for some outlet repairs. The electrician was Sam. He arrived promptly (called ahead to notify me he was in transit). His work was efficient and excellent. He was great with our 2 cats, too. Thank you, Pinnacle for helping us in a pinch! We will be sure to call you for future needs.
