We manage over 100 properties in Columbia and have done over 200 renovations. Used most other electricians in town, with mixed experience. Pinnacle is our choice due to a very responsive office staff, they come out, bid quickly, and are efficient with their work. Their pricing is competitive but what we like the most is the attention to detail, and their desire to make sure we are happy before closing the job. Jed, their foreman who does bids is direct, good at estimating. Their office lady answers emails usually in an hour or so. We stick with them because they’re honestly just better than the rest.

I've worked with Pinnacle Electric solutions on multiple projects now. From home remodels, additions, inspection repair, and even adding 240v circuits outdoor infrared heaters. Jed, Kyle and their team have been responsive and have provided quality work over and over again. Most importantly, their best quality is that they stand by their work.
