“I have to give Orkin 5 stars for two reasons. First, the ability to communicate directly with local representatives, not someone from a distant state that left issues a revolving door. Second, after purchasing a new home we found a nasty mouse infestation in our crawl space insulation that I tried to resolve for over a year with poor results. I was ready to give up on pest control companies when I tried Orkin. What a relief! Mike came out and after an inspection gave us a fair estimate on removing the attic and crawl space insulation, sealing access points, sanitizing, and replacing. No pressure sales. I had some initial concerns about the new crawl space insulation, and after contacting Mike, the installation manager quickly called me. John listened to me and that same morning made the 1 1/2 hour drive from Columbia to check it out. After inspecting, John visited us with a plan to address the issues. Over the next few days John continually checked in with us, and upon completion did a visual check to make sure all went as planned. We are very pleased with the finished project! I will definitely stay with Columbia MO Orkin for my pest control needs.“
