Claimed they were going to email me the information of my test. It's been more than six hours, have not gone. It they did not give me papers, sunday would email it and never did. Called them hours after to ask for my results like they were supposed to.They said they would, and they continued to not do so.

The price they billed to me was three times higher than the quote their online cost estimator provided. At check-in they didn’t mention to me that the after-insurance price would actually be much higher than the self-pay price. I’d have chosen a different billing method if they had provided adequate information. The healthcare providers were professional but the basic customer service was very unprofessional and non-transparent.

I had an extremely positive experience with this urgent care! I was in from out of town visiting my daughter at college and I needed stitches. I got there when it opened at 8:00 and I was out and fixed up by 8:30! Everyone was extremely friendly and the provider, Libby, was very knowledgeable, quick, and helpful! I would definitely recommend this place! I was so impressed.
