Kyle and McKenzie came out today to do my routine maintenance. In passing, I laughed and told McKenzie how randomly my unit goes to 62 degrees in the middle of the night. She took control, reset all the crazy random presets I messed up and set them to my actual request. That is not even part of my plan, but kindness.
Also, maintenance plan is CRAZY reasonable. I pay less than a price of a filter monthly and they also changed that for me! Great Job. Love my LOCAL BUSINESSES. THEY ARE MAINTAINING A UNIT I DID NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM but I will next time!
From the service we received today - Kyle called ahead and said he was 8n the way. Always a plus. He remembered installing our system (see the rest of this post.) He was courteous and professional in the way he went about checking out our HVAC system. When finished hevexplained that the only thing he found was that I hadn't changed the filter in a while. Everything else checked out fine. Kyle is a very nice Service Tech. The rest of this post is a review from 2 years ago when we had an entire new HVAC system installed.
