My "older" iphone has been acting weird and not charging, I got so frustrated that I took it into iGenie. This place is a secret Columbia GEM! I cannot stress enough how professional Justin is. He took my iphone and within seconds, worked his magic, and now it works like new. Go there...you will not be disappointed..thank you Justin!

They are quick, reasonably priced, and honest. I’ve taken my phone to Justin twice now and each time I am pleased with his promptness and honesty about what the issue is, even if it means less money in his pocket. I won’t take my phone anywhere else!

This place is the best! My kids accidentally broke the tip of their headphone jack in the iPad socket, so that headphones could no longer be used with it, and sound wouldn’t come out. The other places in town that are Mac certified said they couldn’t fix it. The guy at this place fixed it in under a minute and didn’t even charge me for it. He is a magician! It seems like other places worry a lot about liability, and breaking people’s stuff… But this was already broken and was pretty much useless to us without the sound feature. This was a huge relief as the iPad was just out of warranty. Next time I’ll try this place first when I have an issue.
