Incredible service. Very friendly and quick, had a small repair needed for my charging port. They took care of it in less than 5 minutes. Couldn’t give a bigger recommendation.

I was having trouble with my Samsung phone charging and thought it might be the charging port. I went in, there was no line, and the technician tested my phone connection. My phone worked. He then tested my charger and identified that it had a short in it. They didn't have a replacement part because they mainly deal with iPhones but he told me where I could go and what I needed. It took less than 5 minutes. I offered to pay but he said no charge. If you are looking for no frills, extremely competent service that won't try to take advantage of you, I highly recommend iGenie Repair. It was also easy to find being close to the intersection of 8th and Broadway.

We took our daughter here for iPhone service when we dropped her off at school because there is no Apple Store in town. Diagnosis was professional, friendly, quick, and accurate. Because it was determined that it was a warranty issue, he sent us out with instructions on how to get a warranty repair (at Best Buy) without charging us. Would recommend iGenie without hesitation!
