Staff kind and prompt. Took great care of customers. I love my haircut. Clean and comfortable and an area to actually relax with coffee and other refreshments. Overall great experience

Haircuts are great when you can get them... booked a week in advance for usual barber, called off so rebooked. Arrived at the store to check in THEN recieved cancellation email and front desk unable to bump anyone. Would like management to reach out to rectify

This place has gone downhill. I noticed a couple months ago they stopped staffing a front desk person (at least during my visits), which is ok if the other staff fill that role. I had an appt the other day and there was no front desk person, which is fine, but I was not greeted nor acknowledged after sitting there for over 15 minutes PAST my appointment time. No "sorry we are running behind" or any type of communication. I walked out and have not even been contacted such as "hey, I noticed we didn't not fullfill the service for your appt, sorry".
