Decided to give a different type of workout environment a try. I got to meet the owners Vicky and Chad. They were so warm and welcoming to me. Sidney was amazing. She gave me a tour, answered all my questions and made me feel like I was a part of the family. Did my first workout this morning (Cycle) and I felt amazing. I cannot wait to see where this fitness journey takes me. Very clean environment, top notch equipment, lots of wonderful accessories too! 🧡❤️
