Absolutely love this place! Been here almost a year and unfortunately will have to leave soon! I’ve felt so much better since coming here. I can go at my own pace and feel the burn!
Hotworx is absolutely amazing! The staff is friendly and the workouts and infrared heat leave one feeling energized and ready to take on anything. My biggest gains have been balance and flexibility. If you haven’t tried it, you should!
