Mary Olson since 2017, Susie until this year, and Christina this year have provided consistent loving care to my mother. They were reliable. If they weren't able to get there someone else would fill in. Mom loved them and they were so kind. I appreciated knowing they were there.I am grateful to them. janet

I am a paraplegic and had to travel on short notice to Columbia my stay was only a few days. I was sure it would be impossible to find support. Leanna at Home Instead worked hard to find the right caregiver for me! They interviewed me to understand my needs completely, then matched me with Patti. Patti was the best care provider I have ever had in the 8 years since my accident!! She has tremendous skills and is very pleasant which helped my fears of someone new trying to get help me go away in no time at all.
The other home care providers in the area never even called me back, which they assured me they would.

The additional professional care my 101-year old mother has received from Home Instead CarePros has made possible for her to remain in her Assisted Care apartment rather than being moved to the Skilled Nursing level of her Senior Care facility which would be disruptive and ill-advised by all who love her. Carmel, Harah, Liberty, and Neva are excellent care-givers and have become dear friends with Mom. Our entire family is pleased to have Home Instead a part of Mom’s team!
