Very good experience with this company. The intake person was very patient and helpful, the staff looked over my ailing computer and improved it. I will definitely go to them for future needs.
I purchased a new iPhone and within 3 days it randomly popped up lines across the screen and I couldn’t read half of it. Gravity works with Apple Warranties so I was able to get the screen fixed at no cost. They were super easy to work with and my phone was fixed within a few hours.
I have a MacBook Pro 2019 and I needed the battery replaced. I took it to Gravity in Columbia. The process was simple- make an appointment, go to their establishment, the gentleman at the front asked a few questions. It took about two weeks to get it back, but to be fair there was a national holiday in between. While I was there I found out I could replace individual key caps instead of the whole keyboard, that was a plus! I had four key caps replaced. Since I have had my computer back, about 3 months, it has been working perfectly. The communication during was great and even after the job has been closed they still check up on it to see how its doing! Would recommend!
