Called to ask if they could clean my iPhone charging port, employee was extremely helpful and had a great attitude the whole time. Came in and got it done within 5 minutes and left beyond grateful.

Aside from Apple, I have never trusted any company to ever service my Apple products. However, Virtua has been a game changer as a personable and excellent local Apple Authorized Service Provider. They fixed a Studio Display a few years ago and then recently addressed an issue with my MacBook Pro. They handled the complicated AppleCare situation with ease and in the end I have my computer back and it's in perfect condition. I am unable to give enough praise to this company and its professional and knowledgeable employees. I can recommend Virtua without any reservation.

Brought my damaged computer in for a consult and the staff was so helpful to asses what I should do next. They were clear, direct and kind and didn’t charge me. I’m hopeful I’m not back a lot, but nice to know where to take apple products in town. Thanks team!
