My wife and I were travelling through Mo on 1/6/2023 and we got a puncture in a rear tire due to a screw. We were going to be overnighting in Columbia, and it was near closing time, but we phoned and Stephanie was able to get us in and our leak was fixed! Highly recommend them based on this good experience. They saved the day.
I'm giving 5 stars for exceptional service given by your staff Eric! While the shop didn't do a good job with cleaning the corrosion on the battery together with a battery replacement. Eric took the time to get the job done, he gived us the best service and we are grateful for him or else with the lousy job they did in the workshop we probably would not use your service again. You guys need to take notice of him.
They had availability and got me in right away. They were able to answer all of my questions. I always receive great service here.
