Elite Therapeutic Massage is highly recommended for pain relief from tight muscles, Plantar issues, and sciatica. Clients have experienced significant relief from pain, including extreme pain in the neck and upper shoulder, and have not needed pain medication after a session. The massage therapist is talented, informative, and professional, making clients feel like they are floating and continuing to feel great the next day. Have to say I am always hesitant having someone new work on my muscles when I’m in pain especially when I’m out of town. I would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone needing pain relief from tight muscles and specifically Plantar issues. She was able to do more in a 60 session to relieve my pain than anyone I have ever been to. Walked in tight and dealing with pain in multiple places. Walked out feeling loose and pain free after just one session. Anytime I visit the Columbia area I will definitely make it a point to return. Had probably 40 to 50 massage therapy sessions in my life and I would rank this experience number 1 by far!
