“Going to this dentist office is more therapeutic than a spa. The environment is peaceful, calm, and quietly joyful. Amy, the receptionist, always calls me promptly and is proactive and flexible about my payments. Sarah, my hygienist, remembers details about my life and family and genuinely cares about her patients. Dr Miller and Dr Willett are conscientious and efficient, and they have worked on some real challenges with my teeth. They got me in the very same day I had an emergency, and all hands were on deck to accommodate the schedule squeeze. Lisa was amazing and made sure we got to the root of the problem. While getting a root canal or crown, I have found myself laughing, smiling, even humming in this environment. My last dentist wrote “DENTAL
ANXIETY” on my file, as I often lay there fighting tears while the tools scraped and prodded, but this office is such a delight that I’d stay all day if given the opportunity. To be here is to feel loved, nourished, respected, and blessed. I don’t have dental insurance and still choose them. What they provide is invisible but priceless: true loving kindness and reliable, consistent professionalism.“

“While my child receives good care here, we have experienced scheduling and communication issues. On one occasion, we received an email confirming our appointment during brunch hours. The morning of the appointment, we were called and told that if we did not arrive within 10 minutes, our appointment would be canceled due to being late. We explained that the time we had been given differed from theirs, and we were “squeezed in” conveniently after someone else canceled their morning appointment.

At our next visit, we arrived 10 minutes early. Despite this, we were not taken back until 40 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. If the clinic is running significantly behind, a courtesy call would be greatly appreciated. Our child has profound autism, and extended waits in a loud waiting room is highly dysregulating, making the appointment itself even more difficult. We waited twice the time it took them to examine our child. Again, the dentist and hygienist were very nice and apologized repeatedly throughout the visit for our long wait time.“

“I love this dental office so much! I’ve seen Dr. Henry for several years and no other dentist can compare to his knowledge and expertise. From wisdom teeth removal to cleanings to a filling, he has been so amazing. The staff is always so phenomenal to deal with as well. I was recently there on Saturday for a check up and cleaning.
