The first one I went to told me my appointment was canceled and I couldn't get into it until 11am. It was 9am, I live 45 minutes away. They were not helpful and honestly rude. Thank goodness I called Broadway street one. The manager did my hair. She was amazing. She apologized for the other one. She gave good advice on how to help with my hair and did amazing eye brows. Her name was Christy. She is amazing. The other lady I didnt get her name but she was rude and not helpful.
Mandy was very efficient and very expertly cut my hair to the way I like it. As far as the waxing went she was very gentle with it so that I had the minimum amount of pain but at the same time maximum amount of doing it right awesome thank you
