“JD and company delivered results when I needed it most. I've hired several excavating companies for different projects in other areas of the state. I know the drill and was prepared for the same disappointment I've often experienced. It started out rough. I called a few. One called me back after I left a few voicemails. Three weeks and three failed meetings and I moved on. This is typical. No big deal.

I was eventually referred to JD by a trusted friend. Within a few days we met at the property and discussed the plan I had. After an hour or so, much to my dismay, JD agreed it was possible. Great!

A week later I got a call saying they could start the next week. I wasn't quite ready but I know enough about hiring contractors to take them when they'll show up. They rolled in.as promised. The bench was deep with a couple excavators, several high lifts, and a pair of skid steers. Some days they were all roaring and it was quite the sightand some days just a couple machines chipping away at it. Slowly but surely. The vision came to life.

While an estimated three weeks turned into four and the budget increased proportionately I cannot say enough good things about JD Kelly. He showed up first every day and was often the last to leave. He listened to my concerns and suggestions everyday and didn't mind my being there and helping out (read: get in their way) where I could. I could tell he really enjoyed his craft and cared about the result as much, if not more, than me. The end result exceeded my expectations. He added some touches we never considered. We got an awesome new lake that will serve our family for decades to come. I gained a new friend in JD and a lasting impression on what hard work and a dedication to your craft looks like.“
