The y did a good with my girl, I brought her thinking she had a paralyzed laryngitis and unfortunately they found , she had a brain tumor, long short story they treated her right.and explained everything to me all the times. I don't give them 5 stars because the waiting is a little by too long but I the same time I understand they have a lot to deal with

Such a blessing they are open 24/7. They helped save my poor Kitty who got so sick on a Saturday night we were not sure she would make it tell Monday. Also where not rude or judgment about her not being up to date on her vaccines.

I live in St. Louis and since our only Veterinary Cardiologist that sees cats in on Medical Leave, I made the trek to Columbia for my little guy. I went to school over in the Animal Science department here, so the location was super easy for me to find. Upon walking in, front desk service was....meh. One of those where you seem more of an inconvenience than someone coming to give them your money. But whatever, I get it. They deal with a lot of rude people. The initial drop off waiting time was only a few minutes, I was surprised how quickly they got me back. The Veterinary student and specialist were both amazing and kind, very easy to talk with.
