My husband and I came here when his brother died. Jennifer was wonderful to work with, very professional and empathetic. We priced other cremation services, but they were definitely cheaper than anyone else. They got the job done in a timely manner (We live in Texas and had limited time.) and with no extra charges. I highly recommend going to this establishment for your cremation needs. Thank you, Jennifer! You were awesome! There is one caveat. They do not cremate animals so you may want to look elsewhere for that service.

No one ever wants to use a cremation service. No one wants to be in that situation. But Eric at Columbia Cremation Care Center made the entire experience so much easier. I called, got pricing information, we took our dog in, and we were able to pick him back up the next day. Eric was kind, gentle, and patient with us. His empathy made the whole process much easier than it would have been. He treated Ronin and his ashes with the same dignity, love, and care that my husband or myself would have. I would never wish the heartbreak of losing your furry family on anyone, but if you're in that situation, Eric is the best person to help you walk through that process. ♥️
