Had appointments for 3 children and we were done with everything in 2 hrs. Every single employee was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful! Would recommend this Clarkson Location to anyone!

Everyone was nice and all explained very well what they were doing and the purpose for it. They answered all my questions or found someone who was better suited to answer it. Check in and check out were very smooth and the wait after checking in was very short. Plus they didn't mind my weird sense of humor. All in all a great experience.
